Delete CUBLEY account

You can request the deletion of your CUBLEY account here. Sign in with your account email address and password, then confirm the deletion.

The account, associated travel posts, photos and chat messages will be deleted. An ongoing CUBLEY membership will be cancelled. Order and delivery data will be deleted or stripped of contact details 90 days after confirmed delivery; for cancelled, unpaid orders, the period begins when the order is cancelled. In the event of a specific outstanding contractual matter, deletion may be postponed by no more than 90 days at a time, with the documented reason, and then reviewed again. Minimised payment/booking records may be retained for 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which they were created. Other contractual records are limited to the data required and the necessary retention period. These records are handled separately from your app account.
