CUBLEY – Terms of Use and Community Rules

CUBLEY is intended for people aged 16 and over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. Treat others respectfully and use CUBLEY only for lawful content and purposes.

Posts and Conduct

You may only publish content for which you have the necessary rights. The following are prohibited in particular:

• unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate speech and targeted public humiliation of others;
• sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors, as well as related depictions;
• publishing other people’s personal data or images without the required authorization;
• copyright infringement, fraud, malware and dangerous solicitations;
• spam and the misuse of location or chat functions.

Reports and measures

Signed-in users can report posts and chat messages directly in the app; other users can be blocked. For the protection of minors, our Child safety standards.

You can report inappropriate content or safety issues to kontakt@mycubley.com Please include the CUBLEY name, location and a description whenever possible. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts if necessary to protect users or comply with these rules.

If you identify an immediate danger to a person or child, also contact the local emergency services or relevant authorities.

Delete account

You can delete your account in the app under “My profile” or use the account deletion page on the website Information required for open orders or statutory retention obligations may be retained to the extent necessary.
