CUBLEY – Child safety standards

As of: October 5, 2026. These standards apply to all content, accounts and communication features of the CUBLEY app. CUBLEY is intended for people aged 16 and over.

Child sexual abuse and sexual exploitation are prohibited

We prohibit all forms of child sexual abuse and sexual exploitation (CSAE), as well as child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This specifically includes corresponding images, videos, texts or links, sexualised approaches to minors (grooming), sexual extortion, and offering, promoting or facilitating the exploitation of children. The prohibition also applies to artificially generated depictions.

Report suspicious content or contacts

Signed-in users can report posts and chat messages directly in the app and block other users. For a post, select “Report post” or “Report public post”; in a chat, select “Report” or “Report user” on the relevant content.

You can also contact kontakt@mycubley.com Describe the incident and, if possible, provide the content reference or the CUBLEY name. Do not send images or videos of suspected child abuse as attachments or distribute this content further. In an acute emergency, contact the local emergency services or police immediately.

Review and Actions

Our moderator reviews incoming reports. Child safety cases are handled as a priority. If we become aware of and identify such content, we remove it. We may suspend affected accounts and take measures to protect other users. Identified cases of child sexual abuse material are reported to the responsible regional authority or an appropriate reporting center, and we cooperate with the responsible authorities on any further measures required.

This review is carried out by the responsible person. CUBLEY does not promise seamless automatic detection of all content.
